The idea for these actually came from my son! His exact description was frozen mac and cheese rolled in cracker crumbs and fry them.
I wanted to use the creamiest, cheesiest mac and cheese so they werent dry. Bob Evans makes a darn good mac and cheese, so we went with that.
In order to make them easier to handle we dropped spoonfuls on a lined baking sheet and froze them.
Once frozen we dropped them in egg and rolled them around in panko bread crumbs.
Then just placed in a single layer in the basket and sprayed a bit of olive oil cooking spray on top.
Now, remember I said we borrowed thiswhich meant we didnt have any instructions.
Honestly it was so simple though, I just set the timer for 15 minutes and temp to 390, pressed start and that was it!
