Every time I think I’ve found a good one, I read the ingredient list and discover the dressing is full of food additives and preservatives that most of us don’t want anything to do with. I’ve also noticed that for some reason many manufacturers think they need to add sugar to blue cheese dressing. Ick! No thank you!
How To Make Your Own Keto Blue Cheese Dressing
Youre absolutely gonna love how easy it is to make this homemade keto dressing.
First things first. In a medium size bowl mix together the heavy cream, sour cream, mayo, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Make sure you leave out the blue cheese to keep the pieces chunky. Thats if you like a chunky blue cheese dressing. If not, you may want to break up the larger chunks a little.
Mix all of the ingredients very well.
Add the blue cheese and stir gently to make sure the cheese stays chunky and doesnt loose its consistency. This keto dressing recipe is so easy!

How To Make Keto Blue Cheese Dressing
Put all the ingredients except for the â cup of the blue cheese in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well combined.
Mix in the remaining â cup of the blue cheese, just until combined. That’s it!
Serve the blue cheese dressing with an iceberg wedge or other salad of your choice.
Note: If you don’t have a food processor, you can just whisk the ingredients together.
